I Support the NBPA

Basketball is entertainment for me and I do want to see a season, but with that said, I don’t want to see a season where the players “lose” and have to split BRI 47/53, down from 57/43. The owners position is despicable. The lack of serious concessions by the owners should be taken to court after the union decertifies.

I’m tired of seeing billionaires get exactly what they want all the time without any regard for anyone else.

Most of the stuff that I’ve read from other fans have been whiney, selfish rants about how they are missing out on their entertainment and how the sky is falling because of it. In truth, it seems to me that the only people who are actually hurt by this lockout (aside from the players and owners) are the people whose rely on NBA games to be played. People like the arena vendors and janitorial staff and local restaurants. For those people, yes this sucks and their gripe is legit. For everyone else, recognize that the players are making a stand against something that is unfair.
